
Roxanne B. Golden, a Music Education Graduate of Georgia State University, served as Music/Worship Leader at Jasper United Methodist Church in Jasper, GA for 25 years. She is also the Founder/Director of The Golden Bells of Atlanta, an elite handbell choir of advanced ringers now celebrating their 32nd year together.
Roxanne’s music career began at the age of 12, playing piano and organ for her local church. At the age of 14, she began her career in church ministry and has served Metro Atlanta churches over the last 45 years. Roxanne is passionate about education and has studied with many over the years including Bill Griffin, Bob Ivey, Hart Morris and privately with Don Allured and John Behnke. She has served Handbell Musicians of America as Area 4 chair, GA chair, various planning and nominating committees, taught and directed at local and national events including Music and Arts Week at Lake Junaluska (1998, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2011, 2015), Chorister’s Guild Mid Atlanta Workshop (2006), GA Baptist Conference (2009), Handbell Development Seminars with Jeffers, Inc., and instructs at GBA Workshops. Under her leadership, handbells have been featured at numerous award winning events all around the southeast. Roxanne is also an arranger/composer of handbell music and resides in Big Canoe, GA, with her husband, Dr. James Golden, and has three sons, six granddaughters and one grandson..

W. Keith Chandler is a lifelong church musician, conductor, and educator whose ministry has centered on excellence in sacred choral and handbell music. He currently serves as Interim Minister of Music at First Baptist Church of Bremen, Georgia, where he directs adult choirs, coordinates worship music, and leads special seasonal programs.
For more than four decades, Keith has guided congregations and choirs across Georgia and the Southeast, inspiring singers and ringers of all ages. After serving as Minister of Music at First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs, he joined the Georgia Baptist Mission Board, where he served for many years and ultimately retired as a Music Missionary. During his tenure, he led statewide music festivals, directed large choral and handbell events, and trained hundreds of church musicians in worship leadership and ensemble techniques. His ministry also extended internationally, coordinating and directing choir tours in England, Scotland, the Czech Republic, Russia, China, and North Korea, providing opportunities for musical and cultural exchange through worship and performance.
Keith holds both the Master of Church Music degree, with emphasis in conducting and voice, from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Bachelor of Church Music degree from Shorter University, where he specialized in choral conducting and vocal performance.
